Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan; The Symbol Of A True Leader

Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, supreme commander of union defense, is UAE’s president who became the emir of Dubai on 2 November, 2004. After becoming emir officially he decided to build world’s tallest tower and make Dubai world’s most beautiful and touristic country. Before 2004, he was acting as emir but was not official as his father Zayed Sultan Al Nahyan was alive but sick.

Al Nahyan family is a descendant of Al Makhtom family which was founder of Dubai and ruled in 18th century and Al Nahyan family is the current ruling family of Dubai. Al Nahyan family has made $150 billion dollar plus fortune from business.

 Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan was the chairman of Abu Dhabi investment authority in the 1990s and he controlled the $600 billion plus asset in Dubai. The net worth of Sheikh Khalifa is $23 billion dollars and the source of wealth is 95% of oil deposit.

Khalifa Bin Zayed was a hard working person from his childhood and he was assigned several important positions as he was smart, royal family military academy pass out, and the eldest son. He acted as prime minister, minister of defense, minister of finance, and several other important positions.

World’s tallest tower was firstly named as Dubai tower but later on the name changed in honor of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan before inauguration. It was inaugurated with the name of Burj Khalifa in 2010.

Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the symbol of a true leader that has led his country from decades now. He is considered world’s best leader as he has played an undeniable role in development of Dubai.

He says; the real wealth and treasure of a country is not money but residents and children of a country that has been nourished and trained for development of the country. It is the well-trained persons that make the treasure.
